The process outlined here applies to our Analyst Programme and Summer Internship. It is designed to identify your skills and knowledge, and help you find the perfect role for you. All applications must be made through this website.

This should take you around 30 minutes to complete. As you go through, we’ll ask you for:
You’ll be asked to attach a copy of your CV and, if you wish to, a covering letter. We’ll also ask a number of optional diversity questions. Please note that the answers you give will be used to help us look at wider diversity issues, and will not be used when considering your application.
Once we’ve looked at all the applications, we’ll be in touch to let you know whether we’d like to progress with your application. Do keep an eye on your e-mail, because our team are likely to contact you regularly throughout the process.
If you’re successful in the first round, we’ll ask you to complete online verbal and numerical reasoning tests. These will be emailed to you, and they’re timed – so make sure you allow adequate time to complete them. Remember that we randomly retest, so it’s imperative that you complete the tests independently.
Pass the tests and a telephone interview will follow. This will focus on your education, your work experience, and your interest in, plus your understanding of Financial Services and Capital Markets. A few technical questions may be thrown in as well.
Successful interviewees will be invited to participate in an Assessment Day at our offices. This will feature a mix of group exercises, networking sessions and business interviews. Shortly after the Assessment Day, we’ll make offers to those we’d like to welcome onto our programs.
